CmTech, Inc. was created to address a government requirement for assistance in managing contracts and programs.  The Army wanted an independent contractor to provide this type of support in a Conflict of Interest (COI) free environment. CmTech was established in 1998 as a Contract Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) Company.

CmTech is an organizational assessment, development and management firm offering a broad range of support services to complex organizations within the government, industry and service sectors.
